Primula denticulata
Blipped on yet another trip to the shops combined with a walk round the block. It's good to have an objective to get me out and about.
Before going out I had to stay in for a letter which needed a signature that turned out to be about my stolen car from the company which operates a pound for the police. It said that I was the registered keeper of the vehicle and had to pay various sums of money to get the car out of the pound. Well, I found the bit of paper which said I was no longer the registered keeper and eventually managed to speak to someone at the pound who told me that the insurance company had collected the car, so I didn't need to do anything. I blame that episode for what happened later: as part of my excursion I sat for a while on a bench in the sun and managed to leave my phone there. I realised what had happened when I was in Boots and got back to the bench maybe 15 minutes later but my phone wasn't there. However, a man came over and told me that he'd found the phone and it was in a shop opposite, so it was OK in the end, but not until after I had done a fair amount of worrying.
