Kimchi

 My daughter J is very much into healthy eating, sos much so that she she makes her own Kimchi.  I don't know what exactly is in it, but I always turn down her offer to taste it. 

I don't know why it looks as though it's wearing a hat; probably there's a special lid under the cover.
