Lots of choice

I had a number of photos suitable to blip but I chose this one. The acer in our side garden has changed dramatically in 24 hours with so many leaves opening.
I have been touching up some paintwork in the garden today - the older bench, the shed, my gardening table. Terry has been busy with the wall repairs which are turning out to be more work than first thought. He has done a lot of the work. 
I've been trimming a few plants / shrubs ie snipping off some bits of dead wood. I also watered everything in the gardens as it's a while since we had any rain. 
It's been very warm but I forgot to check on the temp although I did notice it was around 17C at one stage in the morning - it got warmer than that though. I had lathered on lots of factors 30 and 50 sun lotions to work in the garden this morning. I am very careful with my skin having had malignant melanoma.
Had a visit from my son John and grandson Amrit late afternoon till early evening. Lovely to see them.
