Waiting for water

Morning Junior parkrun  - a very cold wind,  so I kept moving to keep warm in my Marshall role.

Evening row, planned for 6.15, but it wasn't until 7 pm that we finally had enough water to launch Victory. Windy and cold waiting, but well worth the wait as the row to Beeleigh Falls was beautiful.  A very enjoyable row - first one of the year for Chris,  after his op to donate a kidney. He did amazingly well and we all were glad to have him as part of the team. We finally returned at 8.20 in time to see the setting sun as we packed the gear away.
