FLOWERING BRANCHES

My neighbor is a landscaper from Vietnam, who has a koi pond &
many exotic fruit trees.   When I saw these flowering branches
on his side of the fence,  I wondered if they are Cherry Blossoms.
on a young tree. The next time I see him, I will ask.
