Primulas,

Last year when the primulas were finished in the hanging baskets I just took them out and dumped them in empty pots and put them in a spot round the back of the garage and this year they are all flowering again.

A nice day but unfortunately we were waiting for the lawnmower to arrive, so couldn't go shopping as usual, Paula took Tanzy, then in the afternoon I had to go up on the bus to the co-op for some milk as we didn't have much left with not shopping, and I had no food left for Tanzy so had to get her a tin of dog food from the co-op, she appeared to enjoy it she didn't leave any. 
I couldn't get any potting on done either, and in the end the lawnmower was delivered at a quarter to nine at night.

Today 8th April was my Mum and Dads Wedding Anniversary they married in 1939 that was 86 years ago. The last one we celebrated was their 50th, We took them out for a run round in the car and ended up in a pub/restaurant in Farndale where we met with my sons and their wives for a meal, they didn't know until they got there we had arranged a special meal. Mum thought we were just going home for a nice family tea. I miss them both.
