Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

Rainy days are always a good time to experiment in the kitchen and this one turned out pretty good. Just a few simple items, less than an hour in the oven and only about 15 minutes to put together. The real trick is to get the dishes done and the leftovers in the fridge before the effects set it and ready for a nap. :)
