I’m taking my mum for a picnic lunch in the grounds of the nursing home. Making her a quiche with ham, cheese and sweet little cherry tomatoes and rhubarb anglaise (fresh from the garden) with a flask of tea. So in the kitchen now doing my prepping. It’s another lovely day here and after my swim while sitting on the beach the Bray swans did a fly over. What more could you ask for!
