New/Old Normal
Brian started his new job today, so it's back to the old routine of 6 months back. It's been a bit weird.
Not a typical day, as I called the GP surgery today and made an appointment to talk about Saturday's weird arm incident. Monday I was up too late and yesterday there was too much going on.
I was told that the doctor would call me back, and while I waited I got on with the cleaning. I didn't have too long to wait, and she asked me to go in to the surgery where I had my BP done and a full set of blood tests run and fast tracked.
I'll be receiving an appointment at a stroke prevention clinic at the hospital, and they want the test results ready for that. I should hear from them in a few days and the appointment should be a day or two later. So I have that to look forward to...
I also have to take a (soluble - yuck!) aspirin every day, along with something else that stops it from upsetting my stomach!
On the way home I went to the park and took a few shots. My Blip options will be much more limited again now.
The pharmacy was shut, so I had to go out again later, and sent some mail too. I've managed to clean the kitchen and bathroom, and tidied the living rooms.
Tomorrow I have my eye test in the morning, then I'll get the cleaning finished, other than the jobs I'm delegating to Brian - including removing the humongous cobweb that's on the ceiling, right above my pillow!
We took our bedroom curtains down for washing today, along with with the spare room bedding and the extra light coming in showed up the web. I wonder how many times the spider has stood on my face...
