This Virtual Tulip Walk Medal came in the post today after finishing on Sunday. 66km in 36 days of small walks round the community during treatments. Set phone to link in outdoor walks into Virtual Walk App then enjoy looking at some of the photos along the route. My tulips are not out yet. May choose another virtual route to keep me occupied through my next set of treatments.

Trip to Cancer Treatment Centre for updates from Dr M Oncology.

I got some good news. 8mm leftover after operation in pelvic area has reduced to 5mm and no other signs seen on latest scan though may still be too microscopic to pick up. Much different from the 15cm tumour removed with the other bits spreads showing in first scan & second scan.

Popped into Maggie’s for a cuppa and wee chat, felt quite emotional after, been worrying a lot about what happens today and what happens next. Also worrying about family issues too.

Feeling more positive and to continue with another 3 rounds of treatments before next scan.

Continuing with Carboplatin & Dostarlimab for next rounds then change to only Dostarlimab (immunotherapy) after next scan hopefully.

Fingers crossed everything improves more and I can worry less.
