Customer Meeting

The Dutch sure know how to negotiate. We’ve been at it for over two years and still today we departed our meeting without an agreement on a commercial topic.

We’ve signed a global contract last year but still working our way through the conditions.

Years ago I may have caved. Not now though.

Left Almere office around 5pm to walk back to the train station. Didn’t feel great and fell asleep on the train. Luckily a nice Dutch lass woke me at Schiphol airport.

9:15pm flight now delayed to 10:15pm (and counting). Every time I try and access the airport lounge there is always a digital queue to join with a long waiting time. When it’s your turn, you get a message.

Last time I was here (Jan) I screen shot the message and this time just rocked up and showed the screen shot. It worked!!!
