Bus Challenge No 248

Willsbridge Mill Nature Reserve

Rather than spend my precious “time off” on chores on a blue sky day, an impromptu outing with K and Ronnie and Ivy. After a short hop on the bus we followed the Siston Brook through the nature reserve and beyond, before returning to the café for an ice cream, for all four of us. However we were enjoying our ice creams so much that we missed the return bus and had no choice but to walk back. By the time we were nearer to home, the dogs were getting thirsty so we stopped at a riverside pub for a much-needed drink, again, for all four of us. By the time we got home we’d walked over 4 miles.
