Easter Bunny

Wednesday. An early start—Gabriel has an open day at Manchester Metropolitan University this afternoon; he hopes to study Filmmaking there later this year. I have to work today, so Vanessa is travelling up north with him, starting with a coach trip to London Victoria, which leaves at 4.20 am. After that it’s another coach journey to Manchester, getting in at 12.30 pm. Then Gubs has his open day and finally a train home this evening. They should get home shortly before midnight… a long day.

Today, the long spell of warm, sunny weather ended. It’s cold and damp, with heavy dark clouds. Luckily, my work day was relatively brief, and I was able to escape by mid-afternoon and snuggle in at home for a bit of gaming.
