Merce and Ferran

Back blip

A spontaneous invitation came from Merce in the morning to go to theirs for some Spanish ham and pan con tomate at night. Their son Bru just recently got married (a small family wedding) and we could hear all about it and catch up on all our recent trips. They’re not long back from Sri Lanka. As always, we had a very nice and easy time with them. It’s a blessing to have such great neighbours - our Spanish family is how I always refer to them. They live right next door.

I did some marking in the morning and some quality control marking and made a quiche for later in the week. Oh, and a pot of spicy pumpkin soup. As I’m blipping this on Wednesday night, it’s all been eaten now - 2 lunches and two dinners.
