“Please sir, let’s make a deal, sir.”

At least, this is the way Dear Leader sees the situation as he mocked tariff-hit countries, in an address at the National Republican Congressional Committee:

“I’m telling you — these countries are calling us up, kissing my ***. They are dying to make a deal — ‘please sir make a deal, I’ll do anything, I’ll do anything sir…. Let me tell you, nobody negotiate like I negotiate”

The disrespect, the arrogance, the delusion of grandeur, the feeling of complete invulnerability: I want to throw up.

For now, tariffs are suspended except for China. And apparently even Musk wasn’t aware of that move…
