Fresh Out of the Oven

Ths was meant to be Dark Jamaican Gingerbread but half way through preparations I realised I didn't have enough Black Treacle so had to adjust the quantity of Golden Syrup.   Hence its new name of Golden Gingerbread.   But it looks good and smells delicious.
