The Runners

I managed to convince 12 family members to participate in the Kristin Burkholder 5k run today with me. I was absolutely delighted! This was a small town event with 184 walkers and runners, and there were 13 of us. I was also able to catch up with a couple of former classmates and teachers.

My niece Rachel took control of my camera and took some fabulous pictures while waiting for us all to finish, but my photo of the day is a group shot of all of us who ran and walked.

There are now 24 of us for dinner at Mom and Dad's. I feel very content.
