BIRTHDAY SPA DAY

Started my birthday celebrations 6 weeks early!!! I bought a spa day for my friend Em who I met at Uni (over 40 years ago!!). This was her birthday gift from last month and she bought it for me for mine next month!!

# We got to Eastwell Manor near Ashford at 9 and started the day with #a lovely breakfast.
#we spent the next few hours touring the pool, steam room, jacuzzi and the large outdoor hot tub.
#Lunch was very tasty…humus starter and E had fish and I had the chicken. We held back at dessert!
#A bit more water fun and then we went to the Manor House for tea and biscuits.
#The grounds are immaculate and we were so lucky with the weather. It was not hot but the sun shone the whole day.
We left at 6 and I got home by 8…what a great day.
