Been a busy day and I'm still slow as my back is still sore. Not been sleeping too well as can't get comfy. Feel about 90 yrs old. Just did the basics with the horses today. Will have to try to ride tomorrow as I'm booked on a pleasure ride on Saturday morning but I might have to cancel if I'm still too sore. Gutted.
