Wildflower Week 01

Finished what I needed to do in the office this morning, couple of loads of washing out on the line then I rewarded myself by going out with the camera and back to Valley Gardens where I walked with the dogs yesterday.

This time I was more successful especially at the seating area where they have some bird feeders. Please see extras. I don’t think I’ve ever blipped a chaffinch before.

However, I went back there for the wild flowers so that’s what you’ve got as the main image. Lots of these lesser celandine and some smaller patches of the wood anemone which is in extras.

So much wild garlic is just desperate to flower, but will be a little while yet.
