Fishy fountain

Put some time in reading through my manuscript (wielding my biro), before starting work. Then got sucked into extreme busyness for the rest of the day.

On a mission to buy a suet log (for the birds!) I walked through the market and got quite a surprise. The fountain has become a wish-fish installation. So you write a wish on a fish. Nice idea, it has always been a wishing fountain after all. I used to drop my pennies in there! It’s ages since it had water in it but interesting displays do adorn it from time to time.

Home quite late again. Cleaned out the bird feeder before I took my coat off, then scrabbled around for something to assemble into a healthy dinner.
