The Salt Flats!

Today we started the salt flats tour! I arrived in Uyuni at 6 or 7am then had breakfast in the offices of the bus. I was collected by someone with my name on a piece of card, and then went to another office. Here I waited and went and got more breakfast, then went to another office. More waiting, then we got into a car and set off!

First we went to the train cemetery, which was just a place in the desert full of abandoned trains that you could climb over. Next we went to the salt flats themselves, where we could play lots of games with perspective! After the salt flats we went to a salt hotel, where everything was made of salt!
