Teeny Space Needle

A beautiful balmy night walking the dog with my youngest daughter who's off to Jordan soon. The sky was so pretty and the Space Needle was so tiny! You can see a little helicopter, looking like a dragonfly, hovering in the glow, too. The Space Needle is a remnant from a 'World's Fair' held here in the 60's. Seems such a long time ago but I remember it well. My grandmother was the head chaperone for the women who did the demonstrations at the Science Center and as a result I had lots of access when little to behind the scenes activities, which were often more dramatic than the shows!
