Ramblings and Mutterings

Planning

Up at ridiculous o'clock to head to London for the week.

No train dramas.

A couple of meetings in the morning before the afternoon was spent on planning with my young padawan for the next module of our training programme. We had plenty of laughter.

As I'd dropped my bag off at the hotel in the morning, I was able to walk across London with my young padawan after work. She headed home while I was on a secret mission to Fortnum and Mason. As she's passed her Masters now, I thought I'd buy her a little present, so I've got some fancy tequila for her, which is her favourite tipple. I hope she likes it as I've never drunk the stuff, in my life.

I had a mad dash across to Covent Garden then, to catch the play My Neighbour Totoro. It's a play set in Tokyo, Japan and involved these two young children and their father and mother, and creatures like the Pokemon stuff. It was a bit bizarre but an enjoyable evening. I also bought my young padawan a small replica of the creature as she loves Japanese stuff. I only just managed to make the start, I got lost around Covent Garden. Lol!

Today I am thankful for:

1.  No train dramas
2.  A good day with young padawan
3.  A good evening walk across London
4.  The help of the guy in Fortnums for the tequila recommendation
5.  An evening out at the theatre
