Fading daffs with blooming tulips

We understand this spell of weather is coming to an end over the weekend, it was easy to become accustomed to sunny days, to accept cool mornings and nights and enjoy the clear skies, to hear chirpy bird song and gaze out onto beautiful flowers.  It’s Life.

This morning was craft group day, those Un Finished Objects continue to appear, the chat remains wide and varied, with cake and coffee to sample and comment on.  One of our hosts is keen on using sourdough methods on a number of foods, I hope to have more time after Monday and would like to experiment, hot cross buns is an example with a good looking recipe from a fellow blipper in France. I find it amazing what flour and water can do. A horrible tasting mix that with some attention makes a good tasting bread, bases, buns, biscuits and who knows what else.
