I was meant to report for duty today at the Hoy Kirk to give the Heritage Officer a hand.  However a fouled propellor on the ferry prevented my crossing.  Instead I cut and bagged up logs for Kathleen, will deliver them on her return to the County.  CMC went to meet her sister at the airstrip after her wedding planning trip south, in Stonehaven.  Until today I never realised it’s impossible to get from Pitlochry to Aberfoyle by bus without changing.  It’s to walk the final stage of the Rob Roy Way.  Do any Blippers know any different ?  I gathered the first asparagus of the season for tea.  It's turned a lot chillier, a good job the sheep milk bar was open.  All bets are off – especially Turpin and Lynch.
