Quality control

How is it that stuff made these days just doesn't last. I bought a brand new suitcase for our Norway trip, and both zip pulls came off in handling.

Took it back to Workington today (and got a full refund with no issues)

As I was just round the corner from Billy Bumley's house, I though it worth a visit, as it's stood the test of time a lot longer that the suitcase. I also liked the modern wind turbines in the background as a contrast to the old building.
