Today, I started the day with a lovely yoga session on the shores of Loch Insh. How wonderful to look up during a Sun Salutation and see both Ospreys head over the water. 
After some momentary reluctance (it was a cool wind blowing over the loch), I convinced hubby to go for a dip, with friends cheering us on - they'd already been in the water, with the swimmers mirroring our yoga from the water (until Downward Dog!
