Completed

No apologies for the blip of the completed set in the last of the evening light, beneath the full moon. 

The downside of going to bed (v) early (8), is I wake up v early (1) and can't get back to sleep until it's almost time to get up, but I did, at 6.32 and was glad I did as there pool was v quiet. 

There was a wee bit cloudy when I got home but the snell NE wind had been replaced by a much kinder westerly. Dealt with a Gateway booking for Aug and sorted pics for D, a job that took ages longer than I anticipated. There was also a call from #1 soon who wanted to rant about problems with bureaucracy. However the length of the stay has been decided, if not the actual dates. Progress is slow. 

Got dressed and delivered Conor's present and talked brown bins with E. He's been v quick off the mark and ordered a new one since his one went missing, yesterday. Much later I transferred the stuff in his bin to my bin and returned his bin. Now he'll have 2. 

Rest up of day pretty much was in garden where even although there was still some whisky high cloud it was still warm and sunny in my sheltered corner. 

Arranged a visit to Crieff (and sub cat feeder) at end of the month, painted chair feet, potted up the mini plugs, removed more compost and added to veg box, scraped moss of path, sewed ( unfortunately discovered later that is miscounted by 1 stitch and it will all have to come out), cut the grass, short. After 6, and with a half finished G&T I came in to eat and watch news (world is still mad), Paradise and HIGNFY. Then it was bed. A good day except I smashed both my Pyrex measuring jugs when they fell out of the cupboard on to the tiles. Grrr!
