Where is the Leak?...

... following a late night meeting by the Scottish Executive regarding the project to build a new Forth crossing it would seem that contingency plans have been leaked should the project fail to meet it completion date of 2016. An un-named source close to the Executive has denied any such plans exist, citing the successful completion of both the Parliament building and the completion of the Edinburgh Trams, both of which were on time and on budget. Although when pressed on this last point he was unwilling to confirm what time and what budget he was talking about.

Councillor Cary, who's name has been closely linked with the plans, was unavailable for comment as he was busy working on his expenses which will keep him busy for a number of days I'm sure!
