Light lunch
An excellent stop on a successful shopping day at XOKO in Inverness. We looked at Treshnish's Fangan and enjoyed the coffee and lunch treats. Buns were resisted.
Overall, we took in Curry's, to buy a new cooker, Merchant's deli on Castle Street and Black Isle Berries.
On the sofa in the afternoon, I desultorily checked out a few files which I have to review, and generally took it easy. We went round to H and D's for a lovely supper and chatted with them and A&N, back from their Swedish adventure and deep in the ongoing travails of renovation. From H and D's kitchen/dining extension, they have an excellent view of the tower of the parish church. Even at this time of the year, the gloaming goes on for ages. It was quite magical. And you could see the bats flying.
