Don't Get any Ideas

For something a bit different today we went to the opening of the new Kubota dealership in Bathurst.
It was quite an event. Lots of live music, free food and drink and plenty to entertain kids. I wished I'd had some small children to take. Ayman would have been in his element during his "digger" phase a couple of years ago.
With an election coming up two of the local candidates were there as well as the leader of the Federal National Party who I met. He was very charming (which I suppose most politicians are 3 weeks from polling day!)

We then headed back to Katoomba in time to watch Hugh in his first football match of the season. He had plenty of support with his parents, a couple of siblings (not that I think they were taking much notice), the other grandparents and my brother and his family who were enroute to the farm for a few days and took the opportunity to catch up.
