PROTEST EMBROIDERY

This embroidery project is a form of creative protest begun in March 2024 by Kirsty Russell, an artist living in Aberdeen.  This is one of four sections of a banner that are moving around Scotland.  So far this banner has been embroidered by Aberdeen Healthcare Workers for Peace and several other organisations, including Orkney Amnesty Group and Orkney Friends of Palestine.
