La Carla!

We spend the day chilling and relaxing by the pool. Instead of walking in to Mijas for dinner, we decided to drive to an area called La Carla which is on the beach.

We all got ready and headed for La Carla. Once we arrived we headed straight for the beach where Orla wanted to do bungee jumping! We queued for ages and she finally got to have her turn. However, poor Orla got a form of motion sickness from the jumping and moving, and hated it!

To make her feel better we decided to go and find a restaurant and get a nice drink and dinner! In looking around the area it has changed a lot since we were last there. Its become incredibly tourist orientated and its actually quite a sh*t hole now!

To make things worse, when we sat down at the restaurant we waited an hour for an average meal, and throughout the whole meal we had people trying to sell us things, like sunglasses or handbags etc..

We were actually quite relieved to arrive back on our beautiful balcony for drinks. Our favourite spot! We still enjoyed ourselves, but lets just say we much prefer staying here in Mijas! Haha..
