So this is where James Bond hangs out…
The iconic MI6 building located at Vauxhall Cross, Lambeth, was opened in 1994. Its design was influenced by 1930s industrial modernist architecture. The stepped but interconnected structure gives it 60 roof areas. Significant portions of the building are underground. There are two moats for protection. It's rumoured that a tunnel connects the building to Whitehall (about 1.5 miles apart). Vauxhall Cross has featured in the Bond films Golden Eye, Skyfall and Spectre.
I took quite a few shots and had a good walk around the building, as far as I could (still waiting for a knock on my door).
An additional view in extras.
