Kintyre Pride

Campbeltown is hosting a Pride Weekend this weekend the first of it's kind in Kintyre.. The 'Wee Toon' was busy with visitors and holidaymakers and lots of people had lined the esplanade to watch the parade. Needless to say the planned parade was to start at 1.30pm and when we passed the assembly place on our afternoon walk it still hadn't started and that was coming on for 2pm. 
Several events are planned and on checking the facebook page for the 'Wee Toon' the parade was a great success.
You can see from my blip that the local emergency services had got into the swing of things.
