Blossom time!

I missed the morning sunshine by reading the paper and doing the crosswords, so it had dulled somewhat by the time I ventured out for an afternoon walk.

This lovely tree is beside Westerton station, where I crossed the railway line to walk back along the canal path. I had my headphones on and was listening to 'In Cold Blood' by Truman Capote.

Rain is on its way. I think the ground needs it...
