Simple and delicious

It's that time of year again - absolutely nothing beats the first asparagus of the season.
I took the time to do a little still life before a delicious lunch of poached eggs, lightly steamed asparagus and Hollandaise sauce. Perfection!

The extra is the cooked version: not quite Michelin-star standard!
