.... at the threatre (although not on the bus down nor up).
We are the Lyceum to see Wild Rose which we both enjoyed - really well done - great singing and staging. The main part was played by the understudy, Julia Murray, who was superb. I also felt the story was told better, especially last third, than in the film.
This is the first of four matinées I am making my way down to Edimburgh for over the next couple of months - the others being Moulin Rouge, Scottish Ballet's The Crucible and Quadrophenia: A Mod Ballet.
