Off we go again

The walking group set off to the Pentland Hills today, in very fine weather. 
 We set off from Swanston-always pleasant, gently climbed up to near Hillend, strode across to Caerketton Hill-enjoying the beautiful views all around, had lunch in a sheltered section and then popped up to Allermuir Hill.  We descended back to Swanston, where the photo was taken-the Gorse was in full bloom.
We all then went to The Hunters Tryst Pub for some shandy and other drinks, which went down well.
The extra is of a daffodil just going over but looking very beautiful in a delicate kind of way.
