Lazy Days

Mr K deserted me for the day. He had a photography workshop in Brighton. Actually, that was the reason for our long weekend here - it was a great excuse for a holiday.

Jak and I had to amuse ourselves for the day. I managed fine. I only tipped his water bowl all over my shoes once, I only forgot I must NOT lock Mr K's car keys in the car when I go for a walk both times and I only got stuck on a too steep hill with an excited dog once. 

But I did manage to get on with my art assignment and here is part one complete - my begonias in pen and ink. I also managed to draw a chaffinch, which I may well show once it is finished.

All in all a good day.
