Poor Tulip !

It was a work Saturday but my first job was to let out and feed 
 the 4 chickens that I am looking after. Not only can Tulip the Silkie not climb the ladder she is obviously “chicken”, if you excuse the pun, about coming down as well! 

This evening at locking up time she again didn’t follow the other 3 so I thought I would try a bit of training and just lifted her onto the bottom of the plastic ladder and she did in a fairly undignified manner manage to scramble up. I will see how she does tomorrow as her owners are back on Monday.
