Peace
When my Hanullis noticed, that there would be our 10th blipday, they started to plan the celebration blip. They love to take this task over ;-)
As always, they asked me what is important about blipfoto for me.
As always I answerd, that blip is a wonderful community and an unique place full of inspirations, wonderful photographs and challenges.
It is a place full of friendships and connections with people around the world, who share their lives, their wisdom, their humour and the struggles of live.
In those worrying times you can read about the life in the Ukraine (Max Blazer) and about the cruelity in Gaza (Ingunn in Oslo). You can read about the protests against Trump and other fascists. There is hope.
My Hanullis asked, what is the most important for me.
My answer was: Peace!
Short after that, my Hanullis came up with the idea to recreate the Dove of Peace. The first dove was made by Picasso in 1949 for the World Peace Congress in Paris and has since become an iconic symbol of hope and unity. I have to admit I loved the idea.
So today they all gathered to form the Dove of Peace by Picasso (1961)
Tim and Tom took over the organisation and worked hard, as you can see in the extra ;-)
So thank you my lovely Hanullis that you are always willing to help me and thank you dear blippers for all your support, visits, comments, hearts and stars. It means a lot for me.
After 10 years I and you know that I'm a horrible follower myself...
I promised my Hanullis, that I would that advertise for TiPS2025, the Stage for tiny People. If you want to share the adventures of all kinds of tiny figures, you are very welcome to use the tag TiPS2025 :-)
