A welcome sight

The floodworks that were done on the Water of Leith made all the Kingfishers go away but they eventually finished. Took over a year longer than it was supposed to and isn't actually finished since they ran out of money. So this was a very welcome sight indeed. I wonder if the Dippers will come back too?
