Official Opening

Class this morning. One of the girls I was partnered with today told me she had MS when I asked her if she had an injury to her arm as she wasn’t doing one of the pull back exercises. She has an enormously positive attitude and is very fit. Her daughter gets married in 6 weeks and is looking forward to that. She told me that in her mind there is always a solution for everything.

Afterwards S and I had a coffee and pastry sitting outside in the sun at Tabou. Not been there for a wee while so caught up with some news from on of the servers, she is Polish and was talking about her city which is close to Krakow.

Popped into the library on way home to pick up a book and then a bus was passing so we hopped on it.

Later it was the Official opening of Bau Bau so we went down and it was mobbed. The art was all up on the wall and looked good. We didn’t stay long, home and watched a very good film which was a true story of three African-American ladies who played a pivotal role in the astronaut John Glen’s launch into orbit while dealing with racial and gender discrimination! It was fabulous . Totally recommend from Netflix.
