The cuckooflower is out!

Quick PSA to anyone who suffers with period pain, this is the best remedy I have found. I take a few leaves and flowers from each plant, dry them (a cake cooling rack works great) and put a good pinch in hot water to make a tea. Half an hour later, period pain is all but gone.
