Repairs

I may as well claim a hat trick or something with the suitcase blips.  The second replacement handle did the job a treat.  Even better I was able to use the original handle (after straightening out the bent end) so the case has gained matching end lugs with the other metal work.  The new black handle is just ten millimetres too long, but it may have worked giving a slightly taller loop.
 
I wonder how much Fred Olsen will compensate me for this?
 
The ‘after holiday’ clearing up is not going too well.  All the clothes have been laundered and put away, and medicines sorted, but the house is still littered with all the other odds and ends, some (most) of which will be needed next time.  Then I’ve got to start on the holiday photos.  These will wind up on Flickr.
 
Time to take a break, veg out, and see to the dinner.

ps - correction - this is the fourth suitcase handle in a row, so I scored a hat trick yesterday . . .
