Fruit

A mixed day of sun and cloud with one rain shower. 

Went for a walk did some litter picking, spoke to a couple of people I knew. Came home and had a coffee, did some gardening, mowed the lawn and then came indoors and did the ironing. Had lunch and then K came round and we went to our friends for tea, cheese scones and cake, lots of interesting conversation then a walk home. Realised I hadn't taken a photo so my fruit bowl was my choice today:) I'm eating healthily atm so more fruit and veg and trying not to eat sweet things plus drinking plenty of water.
