Mixing up the seasons!

Jewelled Cointreau and Cranberry Christmas Pudding

Easter Hot Cross Buns for breakfast. For lunch Summer salad, followed by Christmas Pudding and Brandy Butter. Mince Pies and Stollen for tea!

As forecast, a big change in the weather, cloudy and only 13 degrees. We even had a little rain first thing, though the sun returned this evening.
