I was up early to be ready for Paul. He came to have a head and shoulders shot taken. We had a good laugh while doing this.

Then I edited photos from last night’s concert and posted some on Facebook.

I was only 5 minutes late arriving for lunch at the Blenkinsopp Inn. Kay, Eric and Brian were all there. This is Eric with his syrup sponge. Brian had the same. I was tempted to have the Affogato (ice cream with espresso coffee). Brian had it previously and was then thought to say he had had avocado for dessert…

This evening, I was back at Wark Town Hall. An actor called Russell Lucas was performing in his own one man play about Edward Prosser, a survivor of the Titanic, sailing in third class.

It was an intimate performance with an audience of about 20, but gripping nonetheless.

There was a post show discussion which was really interesting too.

My voice seems to have returned.
